Sadness and hope
My brother’s twins were born premature yesterday at only 28 weeks old. Unfortunately due to some complications, one of them, Mackenzie (who was only 1 lb 2 oz.), didn’t make it. She died surrounded by family and in my brother’s arms. :’( Thankfully her sister, Madison seems to be doing well so far (she’s only 2 lb 6 oz.). It was definitely a rough day indeed.
RIP Mackenzie. You will always be loved and in our hearts. <3
